| The SeaGrape compound, a beautiful and private one-acre property on Negril's West end, is a tropical hideaway. Nestled in the island's fabled cliffs, SeaGrape Villas consists of gardens full of fruit-bearing coconut, orange and mango trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus and ixora flowers. The three roomy, fully-furnished villas are made private from each other by the lush vegetation. They face the sea, which is a few steps away. The views of the sea and the long western sunset from this spot are breathtaking. From each villa, a stone pathway leads to sunning areas on the sea with chaise lounges and a seaside shower. Here, ladders step directly into the clear, turquoise water which is fantastic for snorkeling and swimming. The villas have good i-pod and CD stereo systems, ceiling fans, and outdoor showers, as well as air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Each villa is equipped with a full kitchen for your convenience. The white walls, colorful furnishings, and high beamed ceilings give a wonderfully airy and spacious feeling.
The beautiful Wild Grape Villa boasts an oversized Master Bedroom, with King size bed,  en suite bathroom, cable television and air-conditioning. The second bedroom, also air-conditioned, has 2 twin beds that can be made as a king bed for couples.
The villa is equipped with 2 bathrooms, plus an additional hot water outdoor shower. The master bath has been recently renovated in an island chic style with double vanity and vessel sinks.
 Guests may enjoy dining and their morning breakfast on the veranda's dining table with stunning Caribbean views.
The airy living room welcomes you to listen the i-Pod ready stereo system while relaxing on the king size sofa waterbed. This beautiful villa can accommodate up to 6 people. For more images, click here.

SeaGrape Villa, our namesake, is tucked away amidst the flowering ixora and bougainvillea. This lovely house can accommodate up to 6 people.
Each of the 2 small bedrooms in this villa have queen size beds and air-conditioning. The villa has one full bath in addition to the hot water outdoor shower.
 As with Wild Grape, SeaGrape Villa also boasts a king size sofa bed in the living room. Here guests can enjoy cable television as well as their favorite music.

The largest of the three villas, Big Grape is similar to SeaGrape and Wild Grape,
 with cedar blinds all around and colorful attractive furnishings, but is set further back in the lush tropical gardens.
It has a spacious living room with comfortable furniture, an ideal area for a group to hang-out. It also boasts a large loft bedroom, very romantic for a couple. The loft has a king size bed, half bath, walk in closets, skylights, and a sun-moon deck.
Downstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms, one with queen-size bed, the smaller one with a double bed (both air-conditioned);
 a bathroom with adjoining indoor and outdoor hot showers; full kitchen equipped with a blender and coffee maker, and a dining veranda. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and a hammock on the veranda.
Big Grape is set in the gardens, with beautiful sea views through the lush palms and flowers. Walk down the path from the privacy of this villa to the
roomy seaside sun decks and swimming area which are shared with the
SeaGrape villa guests.
The large kitchen makes meal or snack preparation
easy, especially with the convenient mini-market right across the road.
Our on-site chef is also available to prepare meals for you in our service
