| The SeaGrape compound, the most beautiful and exclusive property on Negril's West end, is a private, tropical hideaway. Nestled in the island's fabled cliffs, SeaGrape Villas consists of two acres of gardens full of fruit-bearing coconut, orange and mango trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus and ixora flowers. The roomy, fully-furnished villas are made private from each other by the lush vegetation. They face the sea which is a few steps away. The views of the sea and the long western sunset from this spot are breathtaking. From each villa, a stone pathway leads to sunning areas on the sea with chaise lounges and a seaside shower. Here, ladders step directly into the clear, usually calm, turquoise water which is FANTASTIC for snorkeling and swimming. The villas are octagon-shaped. On all sides, natural cedar louvers can be positioned variously for privacy and air flow. The villas have good stereo CD systems, ceiling fans throughout and outdoor showers in addition to the ones inside. Each villa is equipped with a full kitchen for your convenience. The beautiful Wild Grape Villa boasts a pampering Master Bedroom, with King size bed,  en suite bathroom, premium cable television and air-conditioning. The second bedroom, also air-conditioned, houses 2 twin beds that can be made as a king.
The villa is equipped with 2 bathrooms, plus an additional hot water outdoor shower.
 Guests may enjoy dining at either the indoor dining table or taking their morning breakfast on the verandah's dining table with glorious Caribbean views.

 As with Wild Grape, SeaGrape Villa also boasts our signature king size sofa waterbed in the living room. Here guests can enjoy premium cable television as well as their favorite CD's on the stereo system.

The largest of the three villas, Big Grape is similar to SeaGrape and Wild Grape,
It has a spacious living room with comfortable furniture and a good CD stereo system, an ideal area for a group to hang-out. It also boasts a large loft bedroom, very romantic for a couple. The loft has a king-size bed, half bath, walk-in closets, skylights, and a sun-moon deck. Downstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms, one with queen-size bed, the smaller one with a double bed (both air-conditioned);
Big Grape is set in the gardens, with beautiful sea views from the dining table on the verandah and the upstairs deck, framed by flowers and palms. Walk down the path from the privacy of this villa to the roomy seaside sun decks and swimming area which are shared with the SeaGrape villa guests. The large kitchen makes meal or snack preparation easy, especially with the convenient mini-market right across the road. Our cook is also available to prepare meals for you in our service kitchen and serve you on your private veranda for less cost and less waiting than a restaurant.
