​Included in all rentals:

  • *Cable TV Wi-Fi throughout the entire property

  • *Daily housekeeping services 100% cotton sheets and towels

  • *Personal laundry is available for additional costs.

  • Services are provided by our housekeepers Christine and Lorna. They will be happy to assist you with your laundry needs. Payment is due upon receipt of clothing and paid directly to Christine or Lorna.

  • *Chef Omar is on site for all of your culinary desires. He has wonderful menus and a brand new kitchen in which to cook your breakfast, lunch or dinner! He specializes in delicious island specialties and can serve up various cuisines that are loved around the world. Have him create memorable Jamaican feasts that can be enjoyed al fresco on the terraced dining areas at each of the cottages. Cost of food services is paid directly to Omar.

  • *Nightly watch is provided by Bentley, our live in gardener and friend. Outside the gates of Sea Grape Villas, the neighborhood is warm and welcoming.

Local businesses are within walking distance for most of your vacation needs. The famous white sands of the seven marvelous miles of Negril beach are a short taxi ride away. 

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

 

  • BOOKING:  We require a 50% deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

 

  • METHODS OF PAYMENT: Credit/debit cards & bank transfers via PayPal, checks, & money orders. All payments must be in US currency.  

 

  • CANCELLATION: Because we are such a small business, we have a fairly strict cancellation policy.  The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If, however, you notify us at least sixty (60) days prior to your reservation, we will offer a credit of half the deposit amount towards a future stay within one calendar year of the cancelled reservation.
     

  • HURRICANE POLICY: Hurricane season generally impacts the Caribbean from August-October.  In the event that a hurricane or other inclement weather makes travel to  Jamaica or staying at SeaGrape impossible (cancelled flights, blocked roads, damage to structures, etc.), we will offer a full credit towards a future stay within one calendar year from the original booking.  Please note that we cannot reimburse you for your airfare and other travel costs, so please consider getting travel insurance if this is a concern.
