*An on-site chef is available for all meals. There are menus available upon request. Your Jamaican feast can be enjoyed al fresco on the terraced dining areas at each of the houses. Cost of food services are paid directly to the preparer. Market prices fluctuate, please ask in advance for cost of prepared meals.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

BOOKING: We require a 50% deposit with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: Credit/debit cards & bank transfers via PayPal. All payments must be made in US currency.

CANCELLATION: We have a fairly strict cancellation policy due to limited availability. The 50% deposit is non-refundable unless the house is re-rented. You must notify us at least sixty (60) days prior to your reservation in order to allow us in best efforts to re-rent the house and issue you a refund.

HURRICANE POLICY: Hurricane season generally impacts the Caribbean from August-October. In the event that a hurricane or other inclement weather makes travel to Jamaica or staying at SeaGrape impossible (cancelled flights, blocked roads, damage to structures, etc.), we will offer a full credit towards a future stay within one calendar year from the original booking. Please note that we cannot reimburse you for your airfare and other travel costs, so please consider getting travel insurance if this is a concern.
