Things to Do

SeaGrape Activities

With the private surroundings and turquoise Caribbean Sea literally at your doorstep, it can be hard to leave!  Sunbathe, swim, and snorkel directly off the property, and see even more sealife by taking a trip to the reef with a local boatman (depart right from our sea area!).  In the evenings, enjoy a drink while watching spectacular sunsets and a meal prepared by our on-site Chef Omar.

Negril Activities

Within walking distance of SeaGrape, you will find a number of dining options and shops.  Take the plunge (or just people watch) at Rick's Cafe, Negril's most famous bar and cliff jumping spot.  There are several reputable scuba dive shops nearby.  Negril's 7-Mile Beach (10-minute drive) offers additional water sports such as parasailing, paddle boarding and jet skiing, plus more dining and nightlife.  Yard Beach is our personal favorite! Famous Vincent's glass bottom boat, please call for reef tours, sunset cruises and all boat related activity. Andrea offers relaxing massages. And don't forget to sample local delicacies like jerk chicken and lobster!

Exploring the Island

Western Jamaica's gorgeous scenery and fascinating culture are not to be missed!  Swim (or even zip line) at the stunning YS Falls, spot crocodiles and mangroves on a Black River Safari, or sip your way through history on the Appleton Rum Tour.  Memorable side trips include visiting beautiful Bluefields Bay Beach or going to Floyd's Pelican Bar, perched 1 km offshore and only reachable by boat!  Or stay closer to home with excursions such as Mayfield Falls, Blue Hole Mineral Spring, or horseback riding at Rhodes Hall Plantation.

Weddings & Special Occasions

Over the years, Sea Grape has been the site of many beautiful wedding ceremonies, vow renewals, anniversaries, birthdays, and family reunions.  While we don't provide wedding services, we are happy to put you in touch with local event planners.  Plus, our gracious staff is always happy help out: preparing a special meal, ironing clothes, gathering fresh flowers from the gardens, or picking up a custom cake from the local bakery.  Just ask!
